Charges & fees
Our wine is shipped direct from wineries and from time-to-time their distribution partners. Where possible we look to absorb the courier costs as much as possible, however sometimes this isn't viable.The following are the charges per box;
- North Island & South Island non-rural Included
- All rural deliveries +$5.95
Wineries typically dispatch orders around the third Monday of every month. As the location we deliver from changes, the amount of time to takes to get delivered can differ, but we provide tracking for all deliveries.
We deal with the biggest and best courier providers to ensure you get your wine delivered quickly and in good condition. In most cases your wine should arrive within 2-3 working days from the day it was dispatched.
We will communicate with all subscription customers the expected date of delivery in advance of dispatch.
Tracking Your Wines
To track your wines, check the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your order has been dispatched). Click on the tracking number which will take you through to the ‘track your parcel’ section with the relevant couriers. Click track and you will be able to check the delivery status of your wine.
Returns & Refunds
We know that you are going to love our wine selections……if you aren’t completely stoked with your wines let us know and we’ll make things good: email@example.com
Simply return your wine to us (21 Telford Ave, Mt Eden, Auckland 1041) within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund you the value less the delivery costs. Please note that the postage and cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer or purchaser. All returns must be sent back via trackable courier only.
Our Liquor License allows us to sell wine around the clock, however we are restricted on the times that your wine can be delivered and also by the hours that our couriers & wineries operate. These are as follows;
- Monday to Friday: 6am – 7pm (no weekend deliveries)
- No deliveries Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day or 2nd January.

We will be dispatching orders during the week however cannot guarantee delivery prior to Christmas.
